Inventory Management

Effective inventory management using the E2 Shop System allows Best Manufacturing to meet or exceed customer expectations of minimizing costs. We have developed working relationships with major metal distributors and coil processors that assure value in our raw material costs. We maintain a separate raw materials warehouse, allowing us to effectively store our raw materials or yours. Periodic inventory reporting allows our customers to monitor available stock and re-order when necessary.
